Welcome to ReVo Cards. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of revocards.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Who We Are

ReVo Cards is based in the Netherlands and ships internationally.
2. Products
We sell trading card singles, sealed products, graded slabs, and accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible, including condition, variant (Normal, Reverse Holo, Masterball Pattern, Pokéball Pattern), and, where applicable, grading company and grade.
Card conditions are assessed by hand and follow standard industry terminology (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played). Minor differences in perceived condition can occur, as grading is partly subjective. Product photos for graded cards are taken of the actual item you will receive; photos for raw singles are representative stock images of that specific card and variant, not the exact physical copy, unless stated otherwise.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any other trading card game publisher. All product names, logos, and card artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Prices & Minimum Order
All prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your order weight/size and destination.
A minimum order value of €5.00, excluding shipping costs, applies to all orders.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.
4. Placing an Order
An order is considered placed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it confirms that we have received it. A contract is formed once we confirm that your order has been processed and payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and WooPayments. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
Please see our full Shipping & Returns Policy for shipping timelines, costs, and carrier information. In summary:
- All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
- Orders are shipped using tracked services via PostNL/MyParcel.
- Shipping costs and available methods depend on order weight, value, and destination, and are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details on how to exercise this right, including exceptions.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, layout, and original photography — is the property of ReVo Cards unless otherwise stated. Card artwork and trademarks shown on the Site remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for descriptive purposes only.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
